I don't have favorites when it comes to music, well except for the music video. I have bands that I really like at the moment. Right now I'm really into Madina Lake.
Love Like Winter by AFI. I was listening to a Simple Plan cd and I knew all the words to those songs, but it could also be because they're so predictable. I know half of the words to Na Na Na by MCR. Livin On A Prayer by Bon Jovi, I started singing it and I was surprised how much I know.
Oh! I also know all of the words to Keep Awake by 100 Monkeys and I use to know the words to Blue by Eiffel 65, but I haven't singed that song in forever.
Sorrow by Bad Religion reminds me of Warped Tour. I have seen Bad Religion 3 times and they always end with Sorrow, but at warped tour they played a few songs and then they played Sorrow. I was happy because I love that song, but then I found out this is Sorrow, they can't be ending the show already, they've only been playing for about 15 minutes. After the song they said something about how they always end with it, but they were mixing it up that night.
I can think of so many that can go with a certain event, but somewhere in general I have no idea.
I would say something like Red hot chili pepper's California song just because it says California, so you automatically think of California right?
But I guess I won't do that. Halloween by The Misfits oddly enough reminds me of Utah. Yeah weird, but I went to Utah for Halloween and it was lots of fun, we were singing this song a lot.
Someone made this up and I thought it'd be something fun to do.
Day 1 - Your Favorite Song
The hardest one of all. I don't have a favorite song. Every time I'm asked this question I don't have a favorite one at the moment, so I'll tell you the last one that was my favorite.
Na Na Na (Na Na Na Na Na Na Na) - My Chemical Romance
We'd force them to listen to their own records until they exploded! - Dexter Holland (The Offspring)- on torturing boy bands
I am so good at screaming in my music. I could even scream so loud that my dog can hear me and come home. - Jacoby Shaddix (Papa Roach)
I call it Arthur. - George Harrison , 1964, when asked what the Beatles called their haircuts.
I was in a band called the Deltones and we had one last gig at Battersea [south London] before it broke up. The guys who ran the place told us, 'There's no competition - you'll wipe the floor with everybody. It's just a bunch of long-haired weirdos called the Rolling Stones.' They were OK but no big hit with the audience, the way they looked we wondered why they didn't get ice-cream thrown at themselves. Afterwards we thought, no problem, we'll never have to bother about them again.
- Jeff Beck
"What do I know about counting? I only have to count to four for my living."
- Tre Cool (Green Day)
(about turning down a makeover from the Queer Eye guys) "I'd be pissed if they cut off all my hair. That's where I get my thunder. Shazam!" - Claudio Sanchez
I dont usually have dreams. I'm too busy sleeping to dream. - Zac Hanson
If I didnt have some kind of education, I wouldnt be able to count my money! - Missy Elliott - on the value of a diploma
I don't like country music, but I don't mean to denigrate those who do. And for the people who like country music, denigrate means 'put down'. - Bob Newhart
