Pop songs get better

I got the punk goes pop cds, where the bands aren't really punk, and I found that they didn't do such a bad job. There are actually some songs that I like and have been stuck in my head.


I do not like Mumford and sons and I don't like this song, but I like this version.




Neither do I like Mayday Parade, but it's been stuck in my head.




I don't like Akon and this has been stuck in my head also.

Adam Gontier has left Three Days Grace due to a health issue. Here's info.
The temporary singer is Brad Walst's brother, so at least they picked someone close to them and not some random kid. He has a fine voice and I'm sure he sounds great singing his songs, but it just doesn't sound the same. He doesn't give the song the same feeling and I listened to Riot and he's missing something like power in his voice or.. I don't know. Just sad. Not him I'm sure he's a fine human being and can sing whatever he wants, but under these certain circumstances it sucks.

New Year

Happy New year.
Here's an old song with a new version....although this cover isn't very new either...but it's always newer than the original song! And I just heard it for the first time a couple of days ago.

I saw In This Moment like a week or two ago. It was pretty fun, the most wardrobe changes I've ever seen at a concert considering that all the changes I've seen is just a removal of a jacket when it gets too hot on stage. They went all out, we had to wait forever while they put props up and made their set that used a lot of tape. And pretty much between every song was a wardrobe change, so a lot of waiting, but when they performed it was all worth it. They even added fans and fake snow for one song and some fog.
They played new songs and older like "Beautiful Tragedy" and my favorite what I was hoping they'd play "The Gun Show" to the encore new single "Blood".

I didn't take any pictures this time so I stole them off a site, but it's the same exact show I went to, sooo it counts right?

Currently Listening To...

I know they're dancey pop music, but wikipedia tells me that they're considered pop rock, electronica, so I like to believe them. But a lot of their songs are catchy, and I'm a contradiction when it's comes to music, so it's all good. Also they're not the best looking guys.

New Music

I'm not a huge fan of Imagine Dragons, but I just heard this song last night and it's not too bad.
